Finding the end-buyer for the deal you’re wholesaling is important. It’s where the money is coming from the close the deal, pay the seller, and pay you your assignment fee. So not surprising, it will be a stress inducing event when the time comes to locate your buyer.
It doesn’t have to be though. Believe it or not, locating a buyer to take over a smoking hot deal (that is going to make them wealthier, and bump their monthly cashflow) isn’t a difficult task … if it’s done right.
Providing bargains to bargain-hunters is the basic ‘sell’, but maintaining control is key.
